Taking to her X account, Shweta Singh Kirti shared this information, stating, “Just wrapped up a discussion with the CBI. They’ve assured us that all case details will be disclosed soon. With thorough investigation in progress, every angle is being scrutinized to ensure airtight results. #AgenciesFastTrackSSRCase.”
This update follows Shweta Singh Kirti’s previous plea to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for intervention in the CBI probe, expressing concern over the lack of updates. In a video statement, she emphasized the family’s and the nation’s need for closure, urging for transparency in the investigation process.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his sixth-floor duplex flat at Mont Blanc Apartments near Joggers’ Park in Bandra on June 14, 2020. Initial reports suggested suicide, with the Bandra police registering an accidental death case. However, Rajput’s death sparked widespread speculation and demands for a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding his demise.
The police conducted investigations into both personal and professional aspects of Rajput’s life, questioning various individuals from the film industry.
