Ustrasana Keep the lungs fit by doing Ustrasana for some time every day. This yoga keeps the kidneys and liver of our body healthy too. Begin this yoga asana by practicing it for half to one minute in the morning.

This is a good yoga practice to strengthen the lungs and also keep the whole body healthy. All those who are not able to practice Ustrasana can easily do Ardha Ustrasana.

Gaumukhasana: With the performance of this asana, the lungs become healthy and give relief from such problems as gastric and cervical pain. Doing Gaumukhasana keeps the digestive system absolutely fit as well as improves posture and relieves problems of fatigue, stress, and anxiety.

Bhujangasana – This Yoga asana is regarded as the best for the lungs. Doing Bhujangasana makes the lungs healthy and strong and helps in getting rid of lung-related problems. Along with this, this Yoga practice also proves beneficial for the liver.

Markatasana – This asana is also beneficial for the lungs. Besides this, it makes the spine flexible by removing joint pains from its roots. It eliminates the issues related to back pain and stomach pain too.
