Eat half a teaspoon of fennel after you complete your meal.

3. Drink Cumin Water– Cumin is considered an effective digestive as well. If you experience sour belches after consuming food, then drink cumin water. 4. Chew Ginger- Ginger is believed to have stomach-friendly properties. Intake of ginger is helpful when one has sour burps. Antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties are present in ginger, which helps to maintain the health of the digestive system. Drinking ginger juice reduces the problem of gas, acidity, and sour burps.

5. Asafoetida Water– If you are giving sour burps, drink asafoetida water. Drinking asafoetida water gives relief from stomach pain, gas, acidity, and gives relief from sour burps. For this, take 1 glass of lukewarm water; mix 1 pinch of asafoetida in it and drink it. This will give you relief in a short time.
