People do a nine-day fast while worshipping during Navratri. The prolonged fasting of nine days can be really hard if your body is dependent on a different kind of food than the usual diet. Though nine days of fasting are considered very good for detox, still, the body has to face some side effects due to eating differently from the normal routine.
Constipation, bloating, headaches, etc. are some common problems that people often experience while fasting. However, some home remedies are very effective. 1. Constipation
It is very natural to suffer from digestive problems in the form of constipation for nine days during Navratri.
