Do You Have A High Uric Acid Level? Avoid Consuming THESE 5 Pulses.

If your Uric Acid level is high, then do not forget to include these pulses rich in protein and purine in your diet. In this article, we have mentioned which pulses should not be consumed in cases of high uric acid.

Hyperuricemia is the same as high uric acid, and it can also result from overproduction of uric acid by the body or failure of the body to remove enough from the body. Purine-rich foods also increase uric acid in the body at a rapid pace. Thus, diets of people suffering from high uric acid must be taken extremely carefully. In this regard, pulses containing more protein and purines must not be taken in their diet.

Pulses are a rich protein food item but lethal for uric acid people. Research conducted through MDPI’s journal ‘Nutrients’ has found that pulses have purines, which the human body metabolizes into uric acid. Here, due to this mistake of consuming high purine pulses, uric acid increases. So, however, it is a mistake; do not have it if uric acid levels are already high.

Gram also contains higher amounts of oxalate, which causes the formation of kidney stones.

Peas: Peas are taken in soups normally, but this lentil too contains purines. People suffering from problems related to high uric acid should not take this.

Soybean: Soybean contains protein. Doctors also advise on its consumption. People suffering from high uric acid should not eat it. The purine quantity in soybeans is said to be pretty high.

Lobia: Patients who have a high uric acid level are forbidden to consume lobia. This dal, which is rich in purine and proteins, increases uric acid level fast.

Masoor Dal: Health is beneficial, but it is not good for uric acid patients. The consumption of moong dal develops uric acid. In this kind of condition, if you are suffering from uric acid, then do not take this dal by mistake too.
