1. Vitamin D3

For vitamin D3, take 600 to 800 mg of milk daily. Other than milk, the most crucial source of vitamin D3 is sun rays. Sunlight in the morning for 15-20 minutes is required. Vitamin D3 is also found in fatty fish (salmon, mackerel).

2. Omega-3 fatty acids

This starts weakening memory, so to keep the brain sharp with age, you can have 250 to 500 milligrams of omega-3 fatty acids daily in your diet. Omega-3 fatty acids are in high abundance in fatty fish like salmon, sardines, flaxseeds, and chia seeds.

3. Magnesium

To achieve strong muscles after age 30, one requires 400-420 mg of daily magnesium. Pumpkin seeds are highly rich in magnesium.

4. Zinc

Just like in women, in males also, the hormonal balance is required to be maintained and it alters with age and becomes problematic. So, in order to maintain a better hormonal balance, ensure that you take 11 mg of zinc per day from a diet which can be obtained from oysters, beef, pumpkin seeds, and chickpeas.

5. Vitamin B (B6, B12, B9)

Vitamin B is that one compound without which a body can’t remain healthy. Incorporate whole grains, eggs, meat, leafy greens, and vegetables in your diet.
