More than twenty rounds of bullets were shot at a luxury car showroom in Naraina, southwest Delhi, on Friday evening. This happened at Car Street Mini situated on Naraina Road; the place is almost a kilometer away from the local police station. Praise the lord none of the people involved was injured, however this unfortunate incident has left the local community in shock and panic.
Initial investigations point towards three men who walked into the showroom and fired at the store’s employees with the intention of extorting money, they left a note that said “Bhau Gang, Since 2020.” This mention is believed to refer to the dreaded gangster Himanshu Bhau whom everyone now knows is in Portugal. Some sources have suggested that the gang demanded a whopping ₹5 crore from the showroom owners.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Vichitra Veer stated that they received information about the firing at approximately 7:30 PM. He added that local police were the first respondents on the scene, later joined by officers from the Special Cell and Crime Branch. Who the gunmen are is still unknown, authorities are actively trying to solve the case and aiming at a proper investigation.

Similarly, a shooting was done a few months back at another car showroom in west Delhi Tilak Nagar and the same gang is believed to be involved in the crime. The emergence of such heinous citizens follow critical questions of mob activity as well as demand for extortion within the area.
While conducting further investigations over such criminal activities residents of that area and business people are left to wonder if their neighborhoods are secure. The police is urging to come forward to assist their inquiries related to the incidents.
