Four individuals were apprehended for questioning after being spotted near an Army camp in the Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday, August 26, 2024, according to officials.
The four detainees were unarmed and were observed acting suspiciously around the Billawar Army camp, the officials stated.

Security forces quickly intervened, detaining the individuals as a precautionary measure for further questioning.
With heightened terrorist activities and the upcoming Assembly elections set to begin on September 18, security forces across Jammu and Kashmir are maintaining a high level of alert.
