In the nation’s capital, a remarkable and successful effort to encourage youth development was once again undertaken. Organized under the banner of Indic Learning Culture (ILC), this event not only inspired children from Delhi but also from Noida, Faridabad, Gurugram, and surrounding areas. Nearly 400 children participated, showcasing their talent and potential. The purpose of this significant event was to promote the holistic development of children and inspire them to reach new heights.
The closing ceremony of this two-day event saw the presence of the Chief Guest, Dr. Naresh Bansal, a Rajya Sabha MP from Uttarakhand. He boosted the children’s morale by sharing inspirational experiences from his life and also distributed awards to the participants. Special Guest Sushant Pattnaik, a six-time President Award and NASA-honored inventor, also attended. He regaled the children with fascinating stories from his life.
The event was inaugurated by Padma Shri Jitendra Singh Shunty, who enlightened the youth about his social service endeavors and urged them to engage in some form of social work.
Throughout the two days, the youth engaged in discussions on issues like women’s reservation, urbanization, and human rights violations, presenting their thoughts and ideas. The patron, Sahil Babbar, assisted the children in understanding the values of diplomacy and politics. The event was founded by Manish Sharma, who treats ILC like its brainchild and wishes to grow it further in different academic realms, supported by Anuradha Sinha, a teacher from The Millennium School in Noida, and other major institutions in Delhi. This endeavor will open new avenues for the youth and help them realize their dreams in the future.
