CCTV footage captured the chaotic scene as heavy smoke engulfed the vicinity following two consecutive blasts. The cafe proprietor confirmed the occurrence of two explosions, with scattered debris visible in the aftermath.
Nature of the Blast: Initially perceived as a cylinder blast, subsequent clarifications from the cafe owner debunked this theory. The explosion emanated from a customer’s bag, ruling out any significant structural damage.
